Course Integrity: You must stick to the marked trail and not traverse private property to shortcut the course.
     Headphones: iPods/headphones are not allowed.
Personal Responsibility: The event takes place in the mountains, and you are primarily responsible for your own safety. Be prepared for rapidly changing weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, snow), dress appropriately, and ensure you carry sufficient water, especially on hot days.

No Compulsory Clothing

This race is set in an alpine area with very little shelter from the elements. On the morning of the event, during race registration at the base building please ensure you have layers with you such as thermal leggings, merino long-sleeve base layers, and a wind/waterproof jacket, along with long-finger warm gloves.

Make sure these items are suitable for rain, hail, and snow.

Make an informed decision about what to wear at the start line and be prepared to carry extra clothing with you throughout the course, as there are significant climbs and descents. Your body temperature will change during the ride.

At the aid stations, you may pick up or drop off clothing items, but this must only be done at the aid stations - no outside assistance.

If you are unsure about what to bring or wear, feel free to ask for advice.
